As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Martinsville, Indiana, location, you will play a vital role in providing safe, supportive, and effective nursing care to residents throughout their recovery journey. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Executive Director, you will help maintain a structured therapeutic environment that promotes long-term recovery and patient well-being. Benefits 18 days Paid Time Off (PTO) 401(k) with company match Company-sponsored ongoing training and certification opportunities Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, and accident insurance Substance Use Disorder Treatment and Recovery Loan Repayment Program (STAR LRP) Discounted tuition and scholarship opportunities through Capella University Requirements Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Indiana Comfortable working independently when needed with the patient population Knowledge of and compliance with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program protocols Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate appointments for psychological testing, physician visits, dental care, and eye exams Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation for all patients Assist with transporting patients to medical appointments as needed Maintain communication and coordination with community medical providers Manage medical charts for both prescribed and non-prescribed medications Assist the Director of Nursing with ordering and maintaining medical supplies Monitor patients undergoing detoxification and initiate appropriate medical responses to withdrawal symptoms Support a safe, therapeutic, and recovery-focused environment Perform other duties as assigned Join our team.
