New Carlisle, Indiana Compensation Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $31.21-$32.42/hour Registered Nurse (RN): $35.80-$40.66/hour What You'll Do As a member of our nursing team, you'll play an important role in maintaining residents' health, comfort, and quality of life.
Your day may include:
Assessing residents and responding to changes in condition Providing medications and treatments according to established care plans Delivering hands-on nursing services tailored to individual resident needs Communicating with physicians, families, and other members of the care team Maintaining timely, thorough clinical documentation Following applicable nursing standards, community policies, and regulatory requirements Helping create a safe, welcoming environment for residents Supporting the emotional and social needs of the people in your care What We're Looking For We're looking for a nurse who combines sound clinical judgment with genuine compassion.
Required:
Current Indiana LPN or RN license Dependable attendance and a strong sense of accountability A resident-first approach to nursing care Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and coworkers
Preferred:
