Job Description

Yorktown Manor is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our skilled nursing facility in Yorktown, IN. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care, and for providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time 6am-6pm
Rate:
$31/hour
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse of this state Must be 18 years and older
