We hire the heart and train the mind. Experience is appreciated but we will hire a new nurse if you have a niche and LOVE for caregiving. We take pride in providing quality care with a personal touch to our residents. We are a licensed Home Plus with a current maximum of 12 residents, specializing in memory care. Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living for residents, including personal care and hygiene Document care tasks Take and record vital signs accurately Support dementia care residents with the dignity they deserve Handle durable medical equipment (DME) appropriately Universal caregiver tasks include dietary, housekeeping, and laundry Administer medications per state regulations Admit new residents Manage physicians' orders Wound management Nursing assessments Nursing on-call Requirements Valid Kansas LPN license Understanding the basic physiology and geriatric principles Ability to communicate effectively with residents, healthcare team members, and family members Willingness to learn and adapt to individual resident needs Ability to be a team player Join our team as a Licensed Practical Nurse where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents!
