Shifts:
PRN Days PRN Nights What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans. Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to the appropriate team members. Administer medications and treatments as ordered and within scope of practice. Supervise and support CNAs and other nursing team members. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and follow facility policies and regulations. Foster a respectful, positive, and resident-centered environment. What You'll Bring Current, unencumbered RN or LPN license valid in Kansas. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care. Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
