Perform lab and procedural tests within the LVN/LPN scope of practice. Document the care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner. Serve as a resource to help deliver quality patient care. Qualifications and Job Info 1-2 years of recent experience BLS certification ACLS - preferred Active state license
