Lenexa, KS Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, approximately 8:00am-4:30pm (flexible start/end times available). Must work 40 hours per week.
Pay:
Competitive hourly pay based on experience and full benefits package
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from patient enrollment through study completion. Recruit, consent, and educate study participants while ensuring exceptional patient care. Maintain regulatory compliance with study protocols, GCP guidelines, and federal regulations. Collect and manage clinical trial data while ensuring accuracy and integrity. Prepare research documentation, IRB submissions, and adverse event reporting. Collaborate with physicians, sponsors, and research staff throughout all phases of clinical trials. Support monitoring visits and assist with study-related communications.
Requirements:
Active LPN or RN license (Kansas required; Missouri licensure preferred if applicable). Clinical research experience required. Certified Clinical Research Coordinator (CCRC/CRC) certification preferred but not required. Strong knowledge of clinical trial regulations and Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Experience with EMR systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
