POSITION SUMMARY
Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the clinic physician, midlevel provider or registered nurse (RN), the licensed practical nurse (LPN) provides safe, efficient patient care to assigned patients in the clinic setting. Performs as a positive member of the healthcare team.POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education Graduation from an accredited school licensed practical nursing program Minimum Experience Hospital or outpatient clinic experience within the past 5 years preferred Required Registration/License/Certification Current Kansas Licensed Practical Nurse license IV Certification preferred Basic Life Support certification from either American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Health Care Provider or Basic Life Support (American Heart Association-Health Care Provider) successfully completed within the first 90 days of employmentBenefits
