Job Description
Aldersgate Village has an opening for a full-time weekend LPN that wants to work in a great atmosphere. Position is a weekend incentive position working weekend doubles from 6:45am to 11:15pm. We provide weekly paychecks, competitive wages, and superior benefits. Job Duties Provides direct supervision of resident care staff in licensed assisted living and home plus areas. Observe residents health status, takes action and addresses any concerns within scope of practice. Communicate with physicians and families to report any changes in resident's condition or any new orders. Share on call duties as required. Job Requirements Current license to practice as an LPN in the State of Kansas. Ability to make decisions within the scope of professional nursing and within the framework of established policies and procedures. Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of persons, such as families, staff and health care providers.
