The Home Health LPN will monitor resident medical conditions and expend the necessary resources to achieve the highest level of health status and functional capability. The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED, a current LPN license in the state of Kansas and at least six months of experience and/or training. Fluent English speaking and writing skills, empathy and the ability to listen, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.
