Assist with specialized procedures such as IV infusion, catheterization, tube feeding, and sterile dressing changes while maintaining aseptic technique. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on discharge planning, case management, and triage assessments to ensure seamless patient transitions across care settings. Conduct physical examinations and perform diagnostic evaluations including laboratory specimen collection and processing. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information and ensuring accurate medical records documentation.
