LPN Nurse General Description:

The LPN assists the Clinical Services Coordinator with the responsibility for the total resident care within Assisted Living-DC facility, the KMA's, CNA's and Household Assistants. Participates fully, as a household team member, in meeting the various medical, social, spiritual and psycho-social needs of the residents. Provide direct nursing care to the patients Assist with administrative and patient care duties as directed by the Clinical Services Coordinator. Supervises and assumes responsibility for the actions and care delivered by the KMA's, CNA's and Household Assistants. Administer medication and treatment per the Physician's orders specific to each resident.

LPN Nurse Personnel Requirement:

Current valid license in the state of Kentucky. Have a sincere desire to work with elderly

Job Types :

Part-time This position does offer some flexibility based on the applicants availability. We do require an every other weekend rotation and a Holiday rotation for all of our positions since we are open 365 days per year. Evening Shift Hours (3rd Shift): 3PM - 11:30
