Position Highlights:

Working with the interdisciplinary care team, to assure all partners within center are trained and assessed. Creates pathways for all partners for a successful career through ongoing training, mentorships, and orientation processes Conducts in person training and oversee computer training and education for all partners Supervise nursing partners as assigned Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Administrator Why NHC?
