Desired Qualifications:
Valid, current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Kentucky (or eligibility for licensure) Previous experience in an outpatient/hospital environment preferred Strong commitment to patient and employee safety Excellent communication and collaboration skills Dedication to ongoing professional growth and upholding ethical standards
Key Responsibilities:
Thoroughly evaluate assigned patients and develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services for your patients Design treatment programs to facilitate safe return to community activities Serve as an educator for patients, families, students, and colleagues Ensure clear, concise, and compliant medical record documentation Uphold all clinic guidelines—including appearance, attendance, and punctuality Proactively pursue professional development and stay up to date with state regulations Contribute to a culture of safety in all aspects of patient and staff care
