Weekend Baylor Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - New Rates, Weekend Baylor, and Commitment Bonus Structure!!! With a minimum of (2) eight hours shifts worked from 7PM Friday to 7AM Monday - Receive $3 per hour more during all worked weekend hours. Weekend Baylor Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Summary Spring Creek Rehab, a leading provider of healthcare services, is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Murray, Kentucky. As an LPN with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients. Weekend Baylor Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities Provide direct bedside care to patients, including but not limited to vital sign monitoring, wound care, and medication administration Educate patients and family members on what to expect when dealing with the challenges of aging or specific conditions, and encourage them to take an active role in their recovery and long-term wellness Inform family members of any changes in the patient's condition and discuss with them any alterations to the patient's medication or other treatments Collaborate with the facility physician to develop and implement patient care plans, and notify the physician of any changes in the patient's condition Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Benefits New pay rates Full Time Commitment Program - $1000 Quarterly Payouts for 3 years total of $12,000 Weekend Baylor Incentive Daily Pay Optional 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications Diploma in Nursing at a minimum Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse Ability to safely and successfully perform job-related functions, with or without reasonable accommodation required by federal, state, or local law
