Job Description
Responsible for planning, implementing and supervising resident care on a designated unit for a specific shift. Assigns and delegates responsibilities to staff. Ensures each resident receives treatments, medications and diet as prescribed, in accordance with federal and state regulation and facility policies, procedures and care plans. Ensures prompt, appropriate action in cases of injury, illness, or other emergencies. (night shift) LPN or RN.
