About Us Tchefuncte Health & Wellness is a growing primary care and wellness practice dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care. Our office combines traditional family medicine with wellness services, IV therapy, preventive care, and chronic disease management. We are looking for a motivated LPN who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities Room patients and obtain vital signs Perform comprehensive patient intake and documentation Administer injections, immunizations, and medications as ordered Perform venipuncture and successfully start peripheral IVs Administer IV hydration and vitamin infusion therapies according to provider orders and established protocols Perform EKGs and point-of-care testing Assist providers with in-office procedures Coordinate referrals and prior authorizations Process prescription refill requests Provide patient education regarding medications and treatment plans Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR Respond to patient messages and phone calls Maintain clinical supplies and ensure exam rooms remain clean and stocked Qualifications Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience (primary care preferred) Demonstrated proficiency with venipuncture and IV catheter placement (required) Comfortable administering IV hydration and infusion therapies Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Professional communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a positive team environment Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR) Preferred Experience Family medicine or internal medicine Prior authorization experience Preventive and wellness care Experience with IV vitamin therapy, hydration therapy, or infusion services Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Paid Time Off Paid holidays Health insurance benefits Supportive leadership and collaborative work environment Monday-Friday schedule with excellent work-life balance What Makes You a Great Fit We're looking for someone who is: Compassionate and patient-focused Dependable and accountable A team player with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment Skilled at IV placement and confident with difficult venipuncture Eager to learn and grow with our practice
