Chateau Terrebonne Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. If you are an LPN who takes pride in providing excellent resident care, enjoys being part of a supportive team, and wants a consistent Monday-Friday night shift , we would love to meet you! What You'll Do Provide quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly notify the appropriate clinical staff and physician Document nursing care, progress notes, medications, treatments, and changes in condition Communicate with physicians, the DON, ADON, and other members of the interdisciplinary team Recognize early signs of physical, emotional, or behavioral changes Complete required clinical documentation, reports, and assessments Work collaboratively with CNAs, nurses, and other members of the care team Provide compassionate, respectful care to our residents and their families What We're Looking For Current Louisiana LPN license Compassionate and resident-focused Dependable and committed to excellent care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to remain professional and caring in challenging situations Long-term care or skilled nursing experience is a plus Schedule Monday-Friday 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Company-Paid Basic Life Insurance Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability Voluntary Life Insurance Cancer, Critical Illness & Accident Insurance Daily Pay Tuition Reimbursement Paid Time Off Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Pay is based on experience.
