Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Physician Office We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in a busy physician's office. The ideal candidate will be committed to patient well-being, possess strong clinical skills, and work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist providers during patient examinations and procedures Take and record vital signs, medical histories, and patient symptoms Prepare patients for examinations and procedures, ensuring comfort and safety Administer medications and injections as prescribed by physicians Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations Educate patients on health management, medication usage, and follow-up care Ensure the cleanliness and organization of clinical areas and equipment Adhere to all safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
