Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Staff Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Staff Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), where your skills and compassion will make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Key Responsibilities:
Provide basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status Assist with patient hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Document patient care activities accurately and timely Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards
Skills and Qualifications:
