Schedule Full-time, 4-day workweek Consistent weekly schedule One evening shift per week until 7:00 PM One weekday off each week One weekend shift per month What You'll Do Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting Perform telephone triage, assess patient symptoms, and provide guidance to families according to established protocols Document telephone encounters accurately and communicate patient concerns to providers as appropriate Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information Administer medications, immunizations, and treatments as ordered Assist providers with examinations and procedures Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and health concerns Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation Support patient flow and contribute to a positive patient experience Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and fellow clinical staff Qualifications Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Pediatric or outpatient experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment Benefits Competitive pay: $32.50-$39.00 per hour Health insurance Paid vacation time Paid sick time 401(k) with employer match Professional license reimbursement Supportive leadership team Positive, family-oriented workplace culture Why Child Health Associates?
