This is a non-skilled, community-based role focused on supervisory visits, assessments, and care coordination — no skilled nursing procedures required . This position is ideal for nurses looking for flexibility, independence, and additional income without the demands of traditional home health. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home supervisory visits for

participants Complete new patient admissions and initial assessments Develop and update care plans in accordance with MassHealth guidelines Provide clinical oversight and guidance to caregivers Monitor participant condition and report changes Maintain accurate and timely documentation Communicate with case managers and interdisciplinary team Ensure compliance with

program requirements Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license (required) Experience in home care, GAFC/AFC, or community-based care preferred Knowledge of MassHealth regulations is a plus Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage schedule Reliable transportation required Compensation Per visit pay (competitive rates based on experience) $100 per new patient admission Flexible caseload and scheduling Why Join A&B Home Services, Inc. Pay:

$33.00 - $50.00 per hour
