Caring Bees Healthcare is quickly expanding and we are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) . We care for patients of all ages and backgrounds who may require daily visits in their homes in the following locations: Brighton, Allston, Brookline, South boston and East Boston Home Care LPN Responsibilities Assess the patient's condition during every visit and document your observations Perform different tasks including vital signs and medication review Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's Physicians Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests Must complete clinical documentation within 24 hours of PT contact. Qualifications State LPN/LVN license required 1 year of experience in in-home care is preferred Excellent communication and time-management skills Compassionate and friendly demeanor Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
