We're looking for skilled and caring individuals to join us. If you're passionate about providing exceptional patient care, we can't wait to hear from you! Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with diagnostic evaluations and provide patient education regarding health management. Perform airway management and other emergency procedures as necessary. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health record systems such as kinnser. Provide support for pain management and occupational health needs. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and workers compensation law.. Requirements Valid license in Massachusetts 1-2 years of experience 1 year of experience in home health care Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the service area
