  • $50 an hour 5 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications CPR Certification Medication administration BLS Certification CPR LPN Full Job Description ob Description We are currently seeking compassionate and motivated LPNs and/or RNs to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for a medically complex pediatric patient residing in the Fenway area of Boston .
This patient requires ongoing skilled nursing support related to intestinal failure and home TPN administered through a central venous catheter . Nurses will play a vital role in maintaining patient safety, preventing complications, and supporting the family in the home setting. Responsibilities Administer and monitor home TPN therapy Perform sterile central line care, dressing changes, and cap changes Monitor for signs of infection, dehydration, and electrolyte imbalance Provide skilled assessments and ongoing patient monitoring Assist with medication administration and care coordination Educate and support caregivers regarding home infusion therapy Maintain accurate nursing documentation Promote patient comfort, safety, and home stability Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license New graduates are welcome to apply Willingness to learn and provide compassionate pediatric home care Experience with central lines, TPN, or infusion therapy is a plus, but not required Paid training and clinical support provided Strong communication and assessment skills CPR certification required Benefits Flexible scheduling Weekly pay Paid training and ongoing clinical support Supportive clinical team One-on-one patient care Opportunity to gain hands-on pediatric and infusion experience Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a child's life Apply Today If you are a dedicated nurse — whether experienced or newly licensed — looking for rewarding one-on-one pediatric home care opportunities in Boston, we would love to hear from you.
