Weekly Schedule :
EVERY WEEKEND SATURDAY AND SUNDAY. WORK TWO 10 HOUR SHIFTS AND BE PAID FOR 26 HOURS.
Caring Bees Healthcare is quickly expanding and we are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to care for patients of all ages and backgrounds who may require daily visits in their homes in the following locations: Dorchester, W. Roxbury, Hyde Park, Roslindale, Dedham, Norwood, Brighton, Brookline, Quincy, Mattapan, Newton, Allston, Cambridge, Brockton, Randolph, Milton, Lynn, Chelsea, East/South Boston, Medford, Somerville, etc. Home Care LPN Responsibilities Assess the patient's condition during every visit and document your observations Perform different tasks including vital signs and medication review Administer medication as prescribed by the patient's Physicians Perform wound care and assess the progress of healing Educate patients and their families on proper home health care strategies and procedures Coordinate with Physicians and anyone else involved with the patient's care plan Make recommendations for devices/tools that might improve the patient's quality of life Listen to the patient and respond to concerns or requests. Complete all clinical documentation accuretly and timely. Qualifications Massachusetts' State LPN/LVN license (active) 1 year of experience in home health is preferred, but we also provided training to newly license awardees . Ability to travel to multiple patients per day
