Join the Informatix Health Team! Informatix Health is hiring experienced Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for flexible per diem opportunities in skilled nursing facilities throughout Braintree and surrounding communities. Immediate Openings Available We're actively hiring for multiple per diem RN and LPN positions. Start as soon as onboarding is complete. Flexible shifts are available, including days, evenings, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays, depending on facility needs.

Pay:

Registered Nurse (RN): $55.00-$60.00 per hour Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): $48.00-$52.00 per hour Rates vary based on facility, shift, experience, and assignment. Whether you're looking for extra shifts or ongoing per diem work, we offer flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with reputable nursing homes across the area.

Braintree, Weymouth, Quincy, Randolph, Hingham, Holbrook, Abington, Rockland, Canton, Brockton, Milton, Norwood, and Stoughton. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in skilled nursing facilities Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately Complete accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Maintain a safe and professional care environment Qualifications Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license Nursing home, long-term care (LTC), rehabilitation, or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong clinical and communication skills Reliable transportation Professional, dependable, and compassionate Why Join Informatix Health?
