Full Job Description Job Description:
The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents.
Availability:
PRN (mostly 3pm-11pm shifts are needed)
Pay:
$40-$45/hr What will I do every day? Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needs Monitor residents' well-being and report any changes in condition Provide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living Director Assist with Medication Management Program Assist with care plans Participate in the Assisted Living performance improvement process Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately Document evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response What will I need to be successful in this role? Bring a smile to work every day Be a great team player Be a graduate of an accredited
RN/LVN/LPN
program Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care setting Have some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred) Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
