  • $2,150/Week (DOE) Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting.
The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, experience in resident-centered care, medication administration, and the ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans and physician orders. Administer medications, treatments, and therapeutic interventions safely and accurately. Perform wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, specimen collection, and other nursing procedures. Monitor resident conditions and report changes to physicians and care teams. Record vital signs and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Implement physician orders and update resident records. Supervise Nursing Assistants and coordinate resident care activities. Educate residents and families regarding treatments and ongoing care needs. Ensure compliance with LTC regulations and facility policies. Maintain a safe and therapeutic care environment. Requirements Graduate of an accredited LPN program. Active Massachusetts LPN License. Current BLS Certification. CPR and AED Certification. LTC, SNF, Rehab, or Geriatric Nursing experience preferred. Experience supervising Nursing Assistants preferred. Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
