Qualifications & Experience:

Active RN or LPN certification required Prior experience as a School Nurse, LPN/LVN, or expertise in legal nursing within schools preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication for engaging with students, staff, and families Commitment to confidentiality and upholding student health standards

Key Responsibilities:

Administer daily and emergency medical care to students as needed Manage chronic and acute health conditions, medication administration, and first aid Document and communicate student health information confidentially Collaborate with teachers, families, and health providers on care plans Support wellness initiatives and health screenings across the campus Educate students and staff on healthy practices Flexibility to address variable caseloads and adapt to energetic school days
