Oak Knoll Rehab is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are passionate about resident-centered care. What You'll Do:
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders Monitor resident health and report changes promptly Document and transcribe physician orders accurately Collaborate on care plans and attend interdisciplinary care meetings Supervise and mentor CNAs; ensure completion of care assignments Participate in orientation and training of new nursing staff Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and resident rights protocols Communicate changes in resident conditions to physicians, supervisors, and families Support facility leadership with audits, assessments, and other nursing functions
Qualifications:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Massachusetts CPR Certification required 1+ year of experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs and perform physical nursing tasks Ability to work assigned shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment Why Choose Oak Knoll?
