Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Are you a caring and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) looking to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities? This full-time night shift position offers competitive pay ranging from $40 to $53 per hour, with the potential to earn up to $54 per hour through incentives. Key Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide specialized nursing care Monitor residents' conditions and document accurately Support wound care, manage catheters, and communicate health updates to families Assist and guide direct care staff to promote a positive care environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Valid MA LPN license Diploma from an accredited nursing program TB Test Within Last 6 months Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience Valid driver's license and strong assessment skills Ability to perform delegated nursing tasks with proficiency
