The License Practical Nurse (LPN) at Aspire Living & Learning plays a vital role in overseeing the quality of health and nursing care for individuals served by Aspire Living & Learning, Inc. This involves understanding the particular needs of each individual within the program; making sure our employees and health care providers are attending to all needs identified and complying with state regulations and Aspire policies and procedures; training and educating all parties on essential health related matters; and providing on-going consultation and support to the individuals, staff, providers, coordinators and family/guardians. The LPN may part of the staffing minimums within the group homes.
Our ideal candidate:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have demonstrated computer literacy. 18 years of age or older. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and system. Ability to pass and maintain required trainings. Pay:
