LPN Specific Duties:

Responsible for making rounds to observe and evaluate physical, emotional and social needs of residents Prepares and administers medications charts as required Administers treatments Consults with physicians Communicates with director of nursing and staff Licensed Practical Nurse Job Requirements Long term care experience preferred Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in good standing and currently licensed in Illinois Ability to work with minimal supervision and strong organizational skills Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills If you are a compassionate and dedicated nursing professional looking to make a difference in the lives of our residents, we encourage you to apply for the License Practical Nurse (LPN) position at our long-term care facility.
