Full Job Description Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at Haverhill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Haverhill, MA. As an LPN at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, while also supervising and guiding our licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed Supervise and guide licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants in their daily tasks and responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, working closely with other members of the healthcare team Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident medical records, including documentation of treatments, medications, and test results Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with at least 1 year of experience Valid CPR certification Ability to provide direct care to residents, including physical assistance and emotional support Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously How to
