Currently hiring for our morning 7-3 shift preferably Wednesday-Friday . We pride ourselves in the excellent care we deliver to our residents. We offer Shift differentials and other bonus pay programs, we offer weekly pay and same day pay available through ZayZoon Our indeed rates posted may include applicable shift differentials We're excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our exceptional team of healthcare professionals. As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, your role will involve providing top-notch nursing care to our patients, ensuring they achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This includes monitoring patient conditions, reporting any changes, and overseeing and guiding CNAs in their daily responsibilities.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, fostering an environment of compassionate and effective care.
  • Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions promptly.
  • Provide clear direction and clinical supervision to CNAs, ensuring their duties are effectively managed.
  • Make informed, independent decisions as needed to address patient needs.
  • Qualifications:
  • Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
  • Active LPN license in the state of practice, with the requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment.
  • At least one year of experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
  • Current CPR certification, or obtain it during orientation and maintain throughout employment.
  • Desired Skills:
  • Ability to make autonomous decisions when necessary.
  • Competence in delivering high-quality, patient-focused nursing care.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients.
