As a valued member of our interdisciplinary team, your role will involve providing top-notch nursing care to our patients, ensuring they achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This includes monitoring patient conditions, reporting any changes, and overseeing and guiding CNAs in their daily responsibilities.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients, fostering an environment of compassionate and effective care.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Provide clear direction and clinical supervision to CNAs, ensuring their duties are effectively managed.
• Make informed, independent decisions as needed to address patient needs.

• Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
• Active LPN license in the state of practice, with the requirement to maintain good standing throughout employment.
• At least one year of experience in skilled nursing is preferred.
• Current CPR certification, or obtain it during orientation and maintain throughout employment.

• Desired Skills:

• Ability to make autonomous decisions when necessary.
• Competence in delivering high-quality, patient-focused nursing care.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude towards patients.
