Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A respected human services organization is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide hands-on clinical leadership within community homes supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working alongside compassionate, non-clinical support staff in a collaborative environment. LPN Day-to-Day Responsibilities Serve as the clinical lead in group homes staffed by non-clinical personnel, providing assessments and nursing guidance Administer prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with MAP guidelines Monitor and document individuals' health status, alerting supervisors and medical providers to any changes Attend and follow up on medical appointments, arranging needed testing or aftercare Liaise between individuals, staff, providers, and families regarding medical updates or changes Support hospital admissions and discharges, including on-site hospital visits as needed Conduct annual and as-needed staff training on diagnoses, medication management, and general health practices Complete/update medical assessments, monthly progress notes, and maintain all required documentation Contribute to general housekeeping, staff training, and other supportive duties across programs LPN Benefits & Compensation $37/hour base pay plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new part-time LPN hires Comprehensive health and dental coverage Paid benefit time and family medical leave Retirement savings and life insurance Professional skills training and college tuition discounts Disability insurance Career growth and employee recognition programs Exclusive discounts at local businesses Flexible schedule options LPN Requirements & Qualifications Current LPN License in Massachusetts Minimum 1 year of related nursing experience Valid driver's license Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and the internet Successful completion of all required state and agency trainings, including medication administration rules Ability to pass criminal history (CORI) and agency background checks Fluent in English; capable of clear written and verbal communication LPN Preferred Background & Skills Experience supporting people with developmental disabilities Comfort providing staff training and clinical coaching If you are a compassionate LPN ready to take on a leadership role where your clinical skills make a daily impact, we encourage you to apply.
