Now Hiring:
Supervising Nurse (RN or LPN) - Home Care & GAFC Program ABP Best Home Care Agency, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a Supervising Nurse for our non-skilled home care and Group Adult Foster Care (GAFC) program. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who enjoys working in the community, supervising caregivers, and improving the quality of care for seniors and adults with disabilities. Responsibilities Conduct supervisory visits for home care clients in accordance with agency policy and MassHealth requirements Complete nursing assessments and required documentation for the GAFC program Monitor clients' health status and identify changes in condition Develop and update individualized service plans as appropriate Provide clinical guidance and support to caregivers Communicate with physicians, case managers, family members, and community providers Ensure compliance with MassHealth regulations and agency policies Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation Qualifications Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license in good standing Home care, GAFC, AFC, or community nursing experience preferred Excellent assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required Experience with electronic documentation is preferred Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply We Offer Flexible schedule (Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per-Diem opportunities available) Competitive compensation Mileage reimbursement Supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and adults with disabilities Location Based out of our Newton, Massachusetts office, serving clients throughout the Greater Boston area.
