Job Description
Pediatric Office Nurse - RN/LPN Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunity | Norwood & Franklin, MA Pediatric Associates of Norwood & Franklin is looking for experienced, compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our pediatric primary care team. If you enjoy working with children and families and are looking for a busy, collaborative practice where nurses play an important role in patient care, we would love to hear from you. Our nursing team works closely with our pediatricians, nurse practitioners, clinical staff, and administrative team to provide high-quality care to children from infancy through young adulthood. What You'll Do As a Pediatric Office Nurse, your responsibilities may include: Providing direct nursing care to pediatric patients Telephone triage and assessment of sick patients Supporting providers during well and sick visits Administering vaccines and medications Patient and parent education Care coordination and follow-up Performing clinical procedures and assisting with office-based testing Phlebotomy, depending on experience Documenting patient care within Epic Working collaboratively with providers and the rest of our clinical team Qualifications Current Massachusetts RN or LPN license required Minimum of one year of clinical nursing experience Pediatric and/or telephone triage experience strongly preferred Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced pediatric primary care environment Epic experience is a plus Phlebotomy experience is a plus Must be willing and able to work at both our Norwood and Franklin locations Why Join Our Team? Scheduling may include:
Full-time and part-time options Flexible weekday scheduling 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts depending on position and availability Day and evening opportunities Weekend and holiday coverage shared on a rotating basis among the nursing team Opportunities to coordinate and trade coverage within the team Additional hours available for those interested Our goal is to provide plenty of flexibility while sharing weekend and holiday responsibilities fairly across the team.Work Location:
