1:1 Nursing Support•Kindergarten Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 nursing support for a kindergarten student in a school setting in Norwood, Massachusetts. The LPN will work closely with the student throughout the school day, providing individualized care and helping ensure the student can safely and successfully participate in the school environment. Key Responsibilities Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care to a kindergarten student throughout the school day. Monitor the student's health and well-being and respond appropriately to medical needs. Follow the student's individualized healthcare plan and school nursing protocols. Administer medications and/or treatments as permitted by applicable regulations and the student's care plan. Communicate effectively with school staff, families, and healthcare professionals as appropriate. Maintain accurate nursing documentation. Support the student's safe participation in classroom activities, transitions, and the school day. Maintain a professional, supportive, and nurturing presence. Required Qualification Candidates must hold an active and valid Massachusetts LPN license to be considered for this position. Prior pediatric or school-based experience is valued, but the key requirement is a current MA LPN license and the ability to provide safe, attentive 1:1 student care.
