Description:

This part-time LPN will provide transport support for a student requiring nursing services. The role includes morning and afternoon coverage at the student's home or a designated meeting area, ensuring safe bus transportation to and from elementary school in Grafton, MA. The position follows an established care plan and requires consistent communication with school staff and families.

Minimum Requirements:
