Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for our residents. Implement physician orders, medications, therapies, and treatments with knowledge, skills, and judgment. Actively participate in resident care planning, promoting the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing department. Ensure safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies are followed. Monitor residents' conditions, report significant changes promptly, and maintain accurate documentation. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Education:

Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing. Current LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
