Immediate need — start Thursday, August 20 (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Busy pediatric practice in Springfield, MA needs an LPN now, with a full-time temp-to-perm role to follow for the right nurse.
Requirements:
Experience with the

system. You'll document in Epic all day — rooming notes, med reconciliation, health history, lab and imaging results. We need someone who can work in it from day one, not learn it from scratch. Comfort in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-volume pediatric office. Rooms turn over quickly, phones ring, and schedules stay full. You need to move fast, prioritize on the fly, and keep your charting current as you go. Genuinely enjoying kids. You'll be the one taking blood pressures, heights, and weights on wiggly toddlers, giving the shots, and running hearing and vision screenings. Patience and a calm, friendly way with children and their parents matter as much as clinical skill here. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required — we'll train a strong, motivated nurse who wants to work with kids.
