Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled nursing team in Walpole, MA and the surrounding areas. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents while supervising nursing support staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safe nursing practices Supervise CNAs and other nursing support staff on assigned units Administer medications and monitor residents for side effects or adverse reactions Accurately transcribe and carry out the physician's orders Perform wound care and treatments as ordered Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers Provide hands-on clinical care, including wound care, tube feedings, IV administration, suctioning, and colostomy care Conduct rounds to ensure resident needs are met Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team and participate in care planning Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication Assist with state surveys and inspections as needed Qualifications Graduate of an approved LPN program Current, unencumbered State of Massachusetts LPN license Current CPR certification Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required) Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to handle various situations with tact and professionalism Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented What We Offer Medical, dental, and vision insurance Long- & short-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan Resident-centered, compassionate care Supportive and team-oriented work environment Commitment to quality, accountability, and collaboration Apply today to join a skilled nursing team dedicated to exceptional care and professional growth.
