Full Time Monday-Friday Full Job Description:

A unique and exciting opportunity to join a multi-provider practice specializing in Family Medicine. We are looking for an enthusiastic LPN to join our team. Work 1:1 with a provider in direct patient care including taking vital signs, medication reconciliation, EKG's, vaccinations, triage calls & documenting in patient electronic medical record. Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
