- Up to $300 Onboarding Bonus Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for school-based opportunities in the Westfield, MA area.
We are actively building a pipeline of qualified nurses for upcoming assignments supporting students in local school districts. Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities may be available based on district needs. New graduates are encouraged to apply. School nursing experience is preferred but not required. Position Highlights Flexible scheduling based on school and student needs Full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities Weekly pay School-day schedules One-on-one student support and health office opportunities Paid training and ongoing clinical support Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care and health support to students throughout the school day. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and school protocols. Monitor students with chronic and acute health conditions. Respond to health concerns and emergency situations. Maintain accurate health records and nursing documentation. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support student success. Assist with the implementation of individualized healthcare plans. Perform other nursing duties as assigned. Qualifications Current Massachusetts LPN license. Current Health Certificate (per facility requirements). Current PPD or Chest X-Ray. Current BLS certification. Pediatric, school nursing, or related healthcare experience preferred but not required. Benefits Competitive pay. Weekly pay.
