Join our experienced and dedicated nursing team at Aberjona Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Winchester, MA. As an LPN on our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promote teamwork and professionalism, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in accordance with facility policies and safe nursing practices Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and nursing support staff on assigned units Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor residents and report changes in condition Carry out physician's orders accurately Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers Maintain accurate documentation Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered Massachusetts LPN license (required) Graduate of an approved LPN program Strong communication and critical-thinking skills Ability to handle situations professionally and with tact Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
