401(k) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Position Summary Temah Healthcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), Physician, or Nurse Practitioner (NP), ensuring high-quality care while maintaining patient safety and comfort in behavioral health, outpatient, and residential treatment facility settings. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established care plans. Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Assist with patient assessments and documentation Maintain accurate and timely medical records Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health maintenance Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare providers Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures Respond appropriately to concerns and emergencies• Provide nursing support within the residential treatment facility, including monitoring residents' health status, supporting medication compliance, and coordinating care with the interdisciplinary treatment team. Qualifications Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Maryland Current CPR/BLS certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Experience in behavioral health, primary care, outpatient services, or a residential treatment facility preferred
