✅ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities ❤️ Provide high‑quality, compassionate nursing care to residents Deliver clinical care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and within scope of practice Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the nursing team promptly Accurately document nursing care, assessments, and interventions Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team under the direction of the Director of Nursing ️ Adhere to all safety, infection control, and HIPAA guidelines Promote dignity, comfort, emotional support, and overall resident well‑being Demonstrate a kind, patient, and empathetic approach in all resident interactionsQualifications:
