Qualifications Active Maryland LPN license (or multi-state compact license) Minimum 2 years of applied LPN experience Current CPR/BLS certification Current negative TB test Reliable transportation within Prince George's County and surrounding areas Pediatric Clinical Training No pediatric specialty experience required; paid training is provided. During onboarding, LPNs receive training in: Seizure precautions G-tube / MIC-KEY tube care Tracheostomy care Diabetes management Straight and Foley catheterization Medication administration Care-plan documentation All training is led by Ro Health clinical supervisors to ensure nurses feel confident and supported.
